Rhythm & Balance Retreat 2026  | Key info

October 16-19 2026, Port D'Andratx, Mallorca

Thank you so much for your interest in my first proper retreat; I'm excited to be offering this opportunity to move in Mallorca, and just so pleased you'd like to join the Fuze dance/flow/walk crew for what looks set to be a fabulous wellbeing weekend in beautiful Mallorca. 

​Please see below for all the important key info. I'll be updating this regularly now, with all the important notes about food, timings, travel, kit etc, and will keep you in the loop as we go.  ​

Travel and transfers

Our preferred flights are below:

Outbound [Bristol to Palma]

EASYJET | Fri 16th, 10.45am

Inbound [Palma to Bristol]

EASYJET | Mon 19th, 6.40pm

We've chosen these because they are super civilised, but you are of course free to book a different flight! We'll organise transfers for these flights to the hotel but we can of course help you book a different transfer too — or, help with any aspect of your flight booking.

Activities: good energy (full itinerary to follow)

— dance, yoga, and walking

Activities will run from Friday evening to Monday morning and will include:

  • a daily walk - varying length and difficulty

  • morning revive yoga and dance sessions

  • afternoon/ evening relax and release dance and yoga sessions​

  • Sant Elm outing/ walk (with taxi transfer)

  • Sunday evening final meal in a local restaurant

     

     

  • Optional stay extension at the hotel (additional cost)

UNWIND: gentle yoga

All activities are optional, of course, and we will have use of an indoor room and terrace so sessions will run regardless of the weather!​​

Suggested packing list
  • Yoga mat and possibly yoga / pilates socks and a yoga towel *
  •  Lycra - multiple :) — including layers for yoga, pilates, early and late sessions
  • aSwimming costume, flip flops, possibly a small towel and/or the retreat staple - a floaty wafty kaftan :)
  • A small rucksack for our walks
  • Water bottle
  • Sturdy walking boots or shoes
  • Comfortable walking socks - three pairs (always good to have a spare!) (Lorraine recommends Mountain Warehouse for these)
  • Layers for evenings — it’s the end of October so evenings may not be balmy!

* A note about mats: We can arrange to rent mats at a small additional cost. We'll be in touch later to check whether you would like to reserve a mat rather than bring one with you.
